Build a portable history
Record education, employment, placements, achievements and credentials. Include enough detail to explain your contribution and the dates involved. A growing record can help you prepare for an application without relying only on memory.
Understand a confirmation
For experiences and achievements, a verifier’s response relates to a specific version of the record. N3PASS displays the confirmation name and date where the selected record can be shared. Editing verified facts ends the current verification and requires a new confirmation.
Keep disclosure under your control
Nothing is automatically selected for an application. Choose individual records and profile sections. Private attachments and verifier contact details are not included in public profile-link markup. Anyone holding an external share link may forward it, so share thoughtfully.
Historical does not mean currently valid
Keep an old certificate as part of your history, but describe its validity accurately. Automatic credential-expiration labels and historical-expiry exports are planned, not active. N3PASS does not currently verify a professional licence’s standing with a licensing body.
