Start with a few honest details. Add to your record as your experience grows.
1. Create your profile
Choose the student or professional path and sign in with Google. Add your introduction, skills and education. You can record multiple schools or study periods and return to edit your profile. Your profile starts private.
2. Add your experiences and achievements
Describe the activity, organization, dates and contribution in your own words. Add credentials and supporting evidence where relevant. Do not invent achievements or treat attending an event as a qualification it did not provide.
3. Request verification
Invite an appropriate teacher, supervisor or other person who knows an experience or achievement. They receive an expiring email link and can confirm or decline with their name and remarks without creating an N3PASS account.
4. Choose what to share
Build or upload a resume. Apply with selected information, or create a seven-day summary or detailed profile link. A connected application link requires the receiving organization’s sign-in. Revoking a link cannot recall copies already downloaded.
5. Keep growing
Browse opportunities, track applications and record new learning. Organization AI summaries require applicant permission and support human review; they do not make hiring decisions.
