Why we exist
Students and everyday workers deserve a consistent place to preserve their progress, not only a resume rewritten when they need a job. School changes, layoffs and career transitions should not erase the story of what someone has learned and contributed.
Our founder
N3PASS is led by Ruzyl Earl Cabarles, Founder and CEO of Registruum Technologies Inc. His aim is to expand fair access to opportunity globally, starting with students, professionals, schools and employers in the Philippines.
Our approach to trust
Members supply their information. Verifiers confirm records they know. Organizations assess the information applicants choose to share and make their own decisions. The platform keeps these responsibilities distinct; a verification is an attestation, not absolute proof.
Growing responsibly
We intend to connect more schools and employers over time. Future school counts and international relationships are goals, not established partnerships. Sponsorship and optional services may support development only with clear terms and approval. Payments are not active.
