Create one organization profile
Sign in with Google, choose the organization path and add your organization’s name, type, description and contact information. One account owns one organization profile. Google sign-in alone does not verify institutional authority.
Offer work and learning
Post jobs, internships, apprenticeships, scholarships, bursaries, training and seminars. Educational institutions can post admissions. Posting is free during launch, with up to three active published posts. No payment card or automatic subscription is required.
Review what applicants authorize
Applicants select the records and resume they send. You can request more information; the request does not automatically open their private profile. Criteria-based AI summaries require applicant permission, with people retaining the final decision.
Make a listing publicly discoverable
Public listing is optional and reviewed. Request public visibility when saving a post. Only published, approved and unexpired listings appear outside sign-in. Editing the listing requires a fresh public review. Include opportunity details rather than personal applicant information.
