Record the activity honestly
Add the organization, dates, responsibilities and contribution as an experience. If appropriate, invite someone who supervised the activity to confirm the record. Protect the privacy of beneficiaries and do not publish their personal information.
What the current product does
The experience module stores your description and supports an external verification invitation. It does not yet calculate unique verified volunteer hours, detect overlapping service periods or award sponsorship points.
What is planned
A dedicated volunteer-service subtype would need evidence rules, duplicate detection, supervisor confirmation and an appeal route. No volunteer-hour threshold is currently required to use N3PASS or to qualify for a live sponsorship program.
Choose meaningful, safe service
Confirm the activity and supervision with the organizer. Do not treat volunteering as a promise of paid work or funded admission. Dedicated volunteering listings are not open yet; the public opportunity hub shows supported categories only.
